A message dated May 4, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed:                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 35                                                                              
     "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                   
     Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and                                
     providing for an effective date."                                                              
                                                                                                    
with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:                               
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 35(FIN)                                                           
     "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                   
     Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors;                                    
     extending the term of a temporary member of the State Board of                                 
     Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and
